Training on Organic manufacturing of cheese started on January 28th 2014, The Project “Strengthening professional adult education in rural areas” funded by the European Union through the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) in the framework of the Cross – Border Cooperation Programme Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Trainers Altijana Fejzic and Omer Mrakic had a goal train the trainees for independently manufacturing organic cheese. All trainees from Kiseljak, Kreševo and Fojnica, beside theoretical part had opportunity to see practical organic manufacturing cheese. They spend few days on practical part of training to track systematic manufacturing and processes of manufacturing the organic cheese.
In the end of training, which is planned in May, all trainees will receive certificate about finished training and manual on organic manufacturing of cheese.
