The Directorate for European Integration of BiH and the Serbian European Integration Office as two Operating Structures of the Programme and the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme , with the support from the Delegations of European Union to Serbia and to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and as a part of preparations for the launching of the 3rd Call for Proposals, have organized two workshops for potential applicants and one Lessons learned workshop – most common mistakes in writing applications – experiences from the previous Calls within CBP Serbia – BiH.

Workshops for potential applicants took place in Fo?a, on February 6th, and in Kladanj, on February 8th, with the presence of 149 representatives of local governments, agencies, NGOs and other institutions.

Participants at the workshops have had an opportunity to hear more about basic rules of the cross border programme and the criteria for application of project proposals. Second part of the workshop introduced methodology of project cycle management and logical framework approach as key processes in the preparation of the good project application.

Lessons learned workshop – most common mistakes in writing applications – experiences from the previous Calls within CBP Serbia – BiH took place in Višegrad, od February 7th, with the presence of 109 applicants – representatives of local governments, agencies, NGOs and other institutions.

Participants at this workshop have had an opportunity to hear more about common mistakes in writing and submitting applications. Second part of the workshop introduced evaluation grids and evaluation criteria.
