On Tuesday, 08.04.2014, in organization of Caritas of the Bishops’ Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Caritas Šabac, participants of the vocational trainings and project team members as part of the project “Strengthening professional adult education in rural areas”, which is implemented under the Second Call IPA Cross-border Programme Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina, have visited the international Trade Fair in Mostar.
Mostar Fair is the most prominent fair exhibition in Bosnia and Herzegovina, given the number of exhibitors and visitors, and is also well known for cherishing tradition and promoting the products of their region. Trade fair offer had wide range of both, domestic and foreign products. At the fair, there were about 700 exhibitors from 20 countries, two presidents were present – Croatian President Ivo Josipovic and president of the Presidency of BiH Bakir Izetbegović and the high delegations of the Republic of Srpska and the Government of the Federation of BiH.
The visit had a cross-border character, since it was attended by both participants of vocational trainings and members of project teams from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. All participants expressed great satisfaction with the visit which was primarily aimed at strengthening cross-border cooperation, exchange of experiences and interconnection.
