WP1.1. Consolidate and manage dynamics of Project Partnership for effective long-term collaboration
WP1.2. Analyse the regional innovation status and industry priorities for each strategic sector with focus on green and smart solutions WP1.3. Evaluate market intelligence, innovation and commercialization capabilities of cross-border small and medium enterprises WP1.4. Develop, test and evaluate Market Intelligence pilot services for supporting cross-border SMEs capacity development for innovation and commercialization of products and services WP1.5. Provide support for strategic product/service and process development of cross-border small and medium enterprises WP2.1. Develop, test and evaluate Public Funding Screening pilot services for supporting cross-border SMEs to jointly gain and seize opportunities for financing their innovations WP3.1. Harmonization of cross-border education system for metal processing technicians with SMEs needs WP3.2. Building practical and theoretical skills, knowledge and experience of metal processing technicians to increase their chances for employment WP4.1. Mapping of cross-border stakeholders, contacting and engaging into networking and supporting economic growth of SMEs WP4.2. Develop, test and evaluate B2B Networking pilot services for supporting cross-border cooperation, collaboration and transfer of knowledge and experience among SMEs WP4.3. Pioneer first cross-border sector-oriented networks of SMEs and support organizations/ institutions WP5.1. Develop two policy papers for enhancing the employment opportunities and economic growth of SMEs by extracting conclusions from testing of pilot services and feedback gathered from SMEs |
