Specific objective(s) or project purpose: 1. Increasing knowledge of professionals working with children with behavioural disorders

2. Establishing new social service for working with children with behavioural disorders and improving the existing one and developing best practice manual

3. Conducting awareness raising campaign for the stakeholders and wider public

 

 

Estimated results: 1.1  Increased level of competences among profesionals in social sector

1.1.1. Developed ToT curriculum for professional trainers working in social sector (mixed group SRB and B&H)

1.1.2. One developed training for staff who work directly with children with behavioural disorders

2.1  Eleven months pilot programme for Day Care Centre in Bijeljina and Stara Pazova for children with behavioural disorders

2.2 Developed skills and knowledge on multiplication of programme effects

2.3 Best practice manual developed

2.4 Prepared documentation for licensing the developed ToT programme in Serbia

3.1 Raised awareness and increased level of understanding of social issues related to children with behavioural disorders

Main activities

(in relation to the estimated results of the action):

1.1  Curricula adaptation- 2 days session with 5 experts from Society of Psychologists of the Republic of Srpska, one representative of Provincial Institute of Social Welfare and one representative from CSW Bijeljina

1.2  Implementation of 3 modules ToT programme for 12 professionals

1.3  Implementation of three rounds of developed training for in total 60 participants, from Bosnia & Herzegovina and Serbia, who will be working directly with children with behavioural disorders

2.1 Equipping Day Care Centres in Bijeljina and Stara Pazova

2.2 Implementation of eleven months work with children with behavioural disorders

2.3 Organization of five mentoring sessions for exchange of knowledge

2.4 Drafting, producing and publishing best practice manual

2.5 Preparation of documentation for licensing the developed ToT programme in Serbia

3.1 Conducting Facebook campaign

3.2. Meetings with decision makers in social sector in BIH I SRB

3.3. Organizing final conference
