Target groups: | TG1 – Minimum 350 institutional representatives from Sremska Mitrovica and Tuzla out of which, minimum 40% of one gender, and at least 5% from organisations working with socio-marginalized population

Activities and results of the project

Results
R 1.1. – Established effective and efficient management structure including monitoring and internal evaluation based on PCM techniques and best practices R 1.2. – Cross-Border Project Management Team established, functional and trained in project management R 2.1. – Cross-border multi-disciplinary – mobile team for preparedness and response to natural and man-made disasters observing the best European Union practices in prevention and response of all organisations/institutions in the protection and rescue system in the cross-border area is established and equipped for providing life-saving actions R 2.2. – Detailed disaster risk management training needs for preparedness and response to natural and man- made disasters developed R 2.3. – Relevant stakeholders became certified Trainers according to the United Nations Disaster Risk Reduction guidelines and implementation of the Sendai Framework R 3.1 – Developed dedicated project webpage, as well as other communication materials, in line with the EU and ECHO Communication and Visibility Guidelines, to inform the public about the project’s objectives and regular achievements R 3.2 – Ensured standard visibility for the EU as a donor through digital and printed materials on project values and vulnerability and resilience Activities A.1.1.
