Association for mutual assistance in mental distress „TK Fenix“ from Tuzla and Caritas Valjevo are currently implementing project named UPSTREAM 2, that has an aim of promotion of socialization and treatment in mental health.

 

On the 10th of April, Association for mutual assistance in mental distress „TK Fenix“ and Caritas Valjevo are having the last of four working groups on the subject „Models of cooperation coordination between mental health services, the NGO sector and educational institutions with the aim of improving youngsters mental health“ that is aimed on experience exchange of professionals in Tuzla Canton (BiH). The final goal of the working groups is further improvement of cooperation between professionals from different mental health protection sectors and further improvement of quality of life for mental health services users and their families.

The mentioned project is financed by the EU through IPA cross border programme for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

Partners on the implementation of the project are JZNU Dom zdravlja „Dr. Mustafa Šehovic“ Tuzla (BiH), City of Valjevo, General Hospital Valjevo, Medical school „Dr. Miša Pantic“, Center for research and promotion of mental health „Vanima“ i Association „Dobri ljudi“ (SRB).
