In hotel “Sunce” from 28 to 30 of March 2014, Caritas Bishops’ conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina organized training for trainers. Training is a part of project “Strengthening professional adult education in rural areas” IPA Cross-border program Serbia-B&H financed by European Union and co-financed by Caritas Belgium.
On training participated eleven participants, who work on education of adults. Training performed Emir Avdagic, from DVV International. Participants had opportunity to hear about education of adults, what is the andragogy and basic on education of adults. Through different exercises, participants learned the importance of visualization, good preparation of trainings and methods, which trainers can use in education of adults.
Training is finished after all participants received certificates.
