| Achieved results: | · New employment opportunities were created in the disability sports sector, with a focus on youth
· The project engaged coaches, sports administrators, and health experts, strengthening professional pathways in para-sports · Sports participation for people with disabilities was improved, fostering inclusion and cross-border cooperation · The STEPin Moodle platform was established, enabling online education and knowledge exchange · Two online education cycles were organized, with over 100 participants from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina · Training covered key topics including leadership, teamwork, sports training, nutrition, event organisation, communication, and classification in Paralympic sports · Practical training sessions were conducted in Sarajevo and Ruma, allowing participants to apply acquired knowledge · Job shadowing activities were implemented, involving selected participants in hands-on experience with sports clubs working with para-athletes · The project contributed to strengthening human resources and raising awareness of the disability sports sector |
