Enhancement of the effectiveness of public services and practices in relation to solid waste, through joint initiatives at both sides of the border A1.1 Waste management planning A1.1.1 Development of guidelines BAT/BEP on zero waste concept in municipalities A1.1.2 Development of guidelines on municipal waste monitoring and reporting A1.1.3 Development of zero waste action plans (including site cleaning action plans etc.) in pilot municipalities A1.1.4 Development of technical-investment documentation for the zero waste technique tailored to the needs of pilot municipalities A1.1.5 Development of hot-spots interactive GIS maps in pilot municipalities A1.2 Pilot projects A1.2.1 Purchase and installation of equipment to improve waste management services and to increase recycling A1.2.2 Cleaning of selected dumpsites A2.
