On June 4, first ecological quiz on recycling and primary waste selection for school age pupils from 7 primary schools in Užice who are attending ecology sections, was held in primary school “Slobodan Sekulić”. 6 pairs of 12 pupils were competing and quiz was designed like a presentation, so students could hear and read questions on screen at the same time. This way, the amount of printed material was significantly reduced and contestants were simultaneously writing their answers, because of the competition regularity.
Pupils were motivated and cheerful during the quiz and proof of great atmosphere were names of contestant groups: Eco-club, , Aluminium cans, Lemon, Sloboda UE, YUB. Best results had group Eco-club, students of 7th grade – Dušan Božić and Milica Obradović.
After competition in this school, quizzes were organized in 6 more primary schools in Užice and winners are going to take part in Eco-camp on Tara, from August 21st to 25th, together with their Biology teachers – tutors of Ecology sections. The names of winners are:
