On Thursday, November 3rd 2022 Head of Operations II of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Martin Klaucke visited Secondary Vocational School “Branko Radičević” in Ruma. Klaucke had a chance to see a newly equipped school kitchen as well as to attend the event organized within the EU funded project “Healthy and safety gastronomic products as potential for employment”.
During the “Gastro Day” event high school students had a chance to show their new skills in preparation of the healthy meals and drinks. Participants at the event, representatives of the partner school from Zvornik and NGO Limitless, as well as the representatives of the local community enjoyed the food.
Friends of the school from Ruma had a chance to learn something more about the project which taught the students to prepare food according to latest world trends. Successful implementation of the project means better chances for students in their efforts to find jobs after the school is over.
