Standardization of honey and other bee products is one of the most important topics that are done through the following lectures:
– Regulations in the field of quality of honey and other bee products,
– Ecological principles in the production of honey and
– Diseases of bees and bee brood with special attention to American foul-brood disease.
The lecture was held by doc. Dr. Behija Dukic, the Veterinary Faculty in Sarajevo, 23rd and 24th of April 2014 at hotel “Behar” in Gorazde. The seminar was attended by 30 representatives of associations of beekeepers from Gorazde and Prijepolje.
