On September 15, 2011 in Šabac, at the Regional Centre for Professional Development, the first of four info-days within the Second Call for Proposals was held. More than 70 potential applicants, who participated in the info-day, were encouraged to apply for IPA allocations for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 within the Second Call for Proposals of the Cross-Border Programme Serbia – Bosnia and Herzegovina. The participants had a unique opportunity to be presented essential information about the rules of the Second Call and to learn more about Guidelines for Applicants, Guidelines for filling in the Application form, as well as the cross-cutting issues whose mainstreaming in the project proposal will be particularly evaluated. Representatives of the EU Delegation, of the Operating Structure as well as of the Joint Technical Secretariat answered to potential applicants’ questions about the Second Call. The Joint Technical Secretariat would like to invite potential applicants who were not present in Šabac to come to the remaining three info days – in Užice, Lukavac and Istocno Novo Sarajevo.
