As part of the implementation plan of the “Territory of safe food,” which is funded by the EU, started the fourth, three-day training in the field of food intended for exporters of food products. The first training was held in July and was intended for consumers, the second was held in September and was intended for caterers, the third was held in early October and was intended for the food industry, and the other is the realization of the last, fifth training, designed for merchants, which was carried out November 5, 2013. Training implemented certified consulting company “Consact.” Training is free to participants and should contribute to raising the level of knowledge about food safety in all areas of production and distribution.
