Implementation workshop of allocated projects within the Third Call for proposals for the Serbia-Bosnia and Herzegovina Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020 was held on September 28, 2023. A total of 40 participants attended this event. In order to support project partners in project implementation, the workshop was organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, the Sector for Contracting and Financing of EU-Funded Projects (CFCU), with the assistance of the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Program.
The workshop was intended for representatives of project teams, and representatives of the Control Body – BiH, the Ministry of Finance, and the Sector for Contracting and Financing of EU-funded programs (CFCU) also attended.
During the workshop, grant beneficiaries had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the legal framework for the implementation of cross-border cooperation projects within the IPA Program for Cross-Border Cooperation Serbia-BiH 2014-2020, as well as with the process of implementing EU-funded projects (financial management, public procurement, reporting, auditing, monitoring, project visibility, irregularities). This preparation aimed to equip them for the implementation of projects allocated within the Third Call for project proposals.
This event provided an excellent opportunity for questions and direct answers from Program Managers. The Joint Technical Secretariat/Antenna of the Program will be available to grant beneficiaries for further consultation and assistance.
