–        26 small businesses or supporting facilities (related to the museums \/ industrial heritage sites) \u2013 souvenir shops, guides, accommodation providers, cafeterias<\/p>\n

–        20 tourism development stakeholders (tourism organizations and travel agencies)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Overall objective:<\/strong><\/td>\nTo contribute to increase of heritage tourism demand in Tuzla and Zlatibor regions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Specific objective(s) or project purpose:<\/strong><\/td>\nTo introduce innovative tourist product and integrate the tourist offer of the Zlatibor and Tuzla cross-border area connecting them with a narrow-gauge railway – old railways for new cooperation and experiences<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Estimated results:<\/strong><\/td>\n1. Two (2) museums settings are modernized (presentational tools and interpretation) and ready for accepting tourists<\/p>\n

2. Twenty (20) tourism providers increase the quality of their offer.<\/p>\n

3. Regional tourism cluster related to narrow gauge railways with at least 10 actors involved is established<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Small-scale construction works were completed in Po\u017eega and Banovi\u0107i, and both locations were equipped with furniture and technical equipment, including multimedia installations and finalized VR content.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Two Virtual Narrow-Gauge Railway Museums were established and integrated into the tourism offer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A total of 25 e-guides per museum were developed, enriching the digital interpretation of cultural heritage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    12 heritage professionals successfully completed the internationally certified \u201cInterpret Europe\u201d programme, through 3 workshops and 40 hours of training, testing, and certification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Mapping of museums and key locations was completed, enabling their inclusion in a joint cross-border tourism offer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The project contributed to improving the interpretation and presentation of cultural heritage and strengthening cooperation between tourism stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
