Overall objective:<\/strong><\/td>\nOverall objective of the action is sustainable development of the cross-border region through tourism activation of the valuable culture heritage and important cultural monuments in order to support the CB area socio-economic development.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Specific objective(s) or project purpose:<\/strong><\/td>\nSO1. Improving the quality of the tourism product and services along the regional tourism product\/cultural route Roman Emperors Route (RER) in the CB area<\/p>\n

SO2. Improving tourism development strategic framework in the CB area (municipality of Srebrenica)<\/p>\n

 SO3. Improving tourist infrastructure on the Roman archaeological site in Skelani as well as Srebrenica<\/p>\n

SO4. Improvement of the capacities and competencies of local stakeholders and SMEs for managing\/promotion of regional tourism product(s)<\/p>\n

SO5. Improving attractiveness, visibility, interpretation and tourists\u2019 awareness of the Roman history and cultural heritage in general in the cross-border area (Sremska Mitrovica and Srebrenica)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    The Roman Municipium archaeological site in Skelani was protected and valorized, enhancing its cultural and tourism significance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Mosaics in Sremska Mitrovica were reconstructed and integrated into the Imperial Palace tourism offer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A tourism development strategy for Srebrenica was developed, providing a framework for future growth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Three certified tourist itineraries were created, linking archaeological sites with local attractions into a unified tourism product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The \u201cRoman Days\u201d cultural event was successfully organized, promoting heritage and attracting visitors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The project contributed to the development of a new cross-border cultural tourism product, strengthening the visibility and attractiveness of the region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
