    Two innovative approaches, methods, and processes for social inclusion were developed and successfully implemented in practice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    A mapping report on informal caregivers and a practical manual were developed to support caregivers and professionals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    121 informal caregivers and 120 social protection professionals improved their competencies through targeted training programmes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Three structured training cycles were conducted, focusing on dementia care, caregiver support, and burnout prevention.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Online training materials and courses were developed and made permanently available, ensuring long-term accessibility and sustainability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
