  1. Innovative and sustainable employment and business opportunities in eco-tourism for people from vulnerable groups in cross-border area created<\/li>\n
  2. Capacities for eco-tourism, particularly bird watching as a form of new, innovative approach of experiencing tourism raised and this type of tourism promoted, recognized and integrated in tourism offer in cross border region as a adequate tool for nature protection and social development.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Estimated results:<\/strong><\/td>\nO 1.1 – One joint promotion and networking event for 100 tourism stakeholders as participants organised<\/p>\n

    O 1.2 – Two Birdwatching routes mapped, defined and marked with 6 information boards established (3 in IBA Donje Podrinje and 3 in protected landscape Konjuh)<\/p>\n

    O 1.3 – Publication \u201cTraining materials for wildlife tourist guides in the cross-border area between Serbia and BiH\u201d created, designed and published in 50 samples.<\/p>\n

    O 1.4 – Two training courses for birdwatching guides organised and 40 guides trained<\/p>\n

    O 1.5 – Study visit to the social tourism enterprise \u201cCourtyard of Sustainable Development\u201d and Special Nature Reserve \u201cZasavica\u201d organised for 80 participants<\/p>\n

    O 1.6 – Visibility campaign for the promotion of new tourism destinations launched<\/p>\n

    O 2.1 – Two training courses for birds food and birds houses production organized<\/p>\n

    O 2.2 – Material and tools for bird food and birdhouses production (jigsaws, electric screwdrivers, table saws, small hand tools for households) and two machines for packing bird food procured for two partner organisations Caritas Sabac and Red Cross Tuzla.<\/p>\n

    O 2.3 – Two products-bird food and bird houses branded, packed and placed in pet shops and retail chains and two short videos about the project business products created and promoted via visibility campaign.<\/p>\n

    O 2.4 – Two final promotion events, each in both countries organised for 100 participants<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

      Two digital birdwatching maps were developed using GIS technology, identifying key locations in IBA Lower Drina (8 sites) and Protected Landscape Konjuh (32 sites).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Five informational boards were installed to improve visitor awareness and interpretation of natural values.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The \u201cBirdwatcher\u2019s Guide to the Cross-Border Area\u201d was developed, promoting birdwatching and eco-tourism potential of the region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Two training sessions were conducted, with 40 guides and tourism providers trained in wildlife interpretation and eco-tourism services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A study visit and press trip were organized, promoting best practices in nature-based and socially inclusive tourism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The kick-off promotional event gathered over 100 stakeholders, strengthening cooperation and visibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      More than 80 participants took part in cross-border study visits, enhancing knowledge exchange.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Materials and tools for bird food and birdhouse production were procured, with 30 production sets supporting local businesses and vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The project was promoted at international events, including participation in the Ornitho Festival.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The project contributed to the development of eco-tourism and inclusion of socially vulnerable groups, strengthening sustainable tourism in the cross-border area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
