1.1  Curricula adaptation- 2 days session with 5 experts from Society of Psychologists of the Republic of Srpska, one representative of Provincial Institute of Social Welfare and one representative from CSW Bijeljina<\/p>\n

1.2  Implementation of 3 modules ToT programme for 12 professionals<\/p>\n

1.3  Implementation of three rounds of developed training for in total 60 participants, from Bosnia & Herzegovina and Serbia, who will be working directly with children with behavioural disorders<\/p>\n

2.1 Equipping Day Care Centres in Bijeljina and Stara Pazova<\/p>\n

2.2 Implementation of eleven months work with children with behavioural disorders<\/p>\n

2.3 Organization of five mentoring sessions for exchange of knowledge<\/p>\n

2.4 Drafting, producing and publishing best practice manual<\/p>\n

2.5 Preparation of documentation for licensing the developed ToT programme in Serbia<\/p>\n

    A best practice manual for working with children with behavioral disorders was developed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    72 professionals in the social protection sector enhanced their competencies through specialized training programmes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Documentation was prepared for the licensing of a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme in Serbia, ensuring sustainability and further replication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A Day Centre for children with behavioral disorders was established in Stara Pazova, while the existing centre in Bijeljina was upgraded and equipped.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Four staff members were employed in the newly established centre in Stara Pazova.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Trained professionals provided direct support to 91 children with behavioral disorders in the cross-border area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A structured treatment programme was successfully implemented through individual and group work, demonstrating high effectiveness and applicability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The project contributed to the improvement of social services and inclusion of children with behavioral disorders, strengthening institutional capacities in both countries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
