Target groups:<\/strong><\/td>\nA) 50 unemployed young man (40%) and woman (60%) aged from 18-30 from in SRB (25) and BIH (25) without competencies relevant to the market needs;<\/p>\n

Overall objective:<\/strong><\/td>\nTo contribute to socio-economic development of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina cross-border area by increasing employment possibilities, mobility, and social inclusion of vulnerable youth<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Specific objective(s) or project purpose:<\/strong><\/td>\nFostering employability and social inclusion of vulnerable youth in SRB-BIH cross-border area by increasing their employment and entrepreneurship competencies through piloting and scaling innovative youth employability one-stop-shop service<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Estimated results:<\/strong><\/td>\n1) Service responding to local needs of youth employability is developed, evaluated and recognized as model of good practice by the local self-governments in cross-border area.<\/p>\n

2) 50 vulnerable youth from SRB and BIH cross-border area gained entrepreneurial, transferable and financial competencies.<\/p>\n

3) Developed up to 20 business ideas by 50 young people with mentorship support and 6 are selected for further development<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Main activities<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1.<\/strong> Conducting the mapping study on the local needs in the cross-border area;<\/p>\n

1.2.<\/strong> Developing one-stop-shop service based on cross-sector cooperation and Mapping study;<\/p>\n

1.3<\/strong>. Evaluation of the service & recommendation for future implementation and sustainability;<\/p>\n

 1.4<\/strong>. Organization of cross-border Round table aimed at advocacy for its recognition by local government in SRB & BIH;<\/p>\n

2.1.<\/strong> Recruitment of vulnerable youth in cross-border area through youth work info campaigns;<\/p>\n

2.2.<\/strong> Educational courses: A) Soft skills; B) Financial literacy C) Entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

3.1.<\/strong> Recruitment of mentors.<\/p>\n

 3.2.<\/strong> Organization of 2 cross-border study visits in BIH and SRB;<\/p>\n

3.3.<\/strong> Developing business ideas by young people with mentorship;<\/p>\n

 3.4.<\/strong> Cross-border event \u201cElevator Pitch\u201d aimed for promotion of successful business practices and competition for the best youth business ideas in SRB & BH;<\/p>\n

3.5.<\/strong> Mentorship support for up to 6 selected best youth business ideas.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Two comprehensive mapping studies were conducted, providing a solid evidence base for targeted interventions in youth employment and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Four specialized training curricula were developed, focusing on transferable skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and mentorship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Six professionals from diverse sectors were trained and engaged to deliver educational and mentoring activities, strengthening local capacities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Promotional campaigns reached over 20,000 young people, raising awareness and engagement across the cross-border region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A six-month training programme successfully equipped 50 unemployed youth with skills for employment and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    20 innovative business ideas were developed through mentorship, with two new companies established.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Two study visits involving 130 participants enabled knowledge exchange and strengthened cross-border cooperation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The project contributed to improving employability and fostering social and economic inclusion of youth, particularly from vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
