  • Two tourism training centres were established and equipped in Sarajevo and U\u017eice, strengthening infrastructure for workforce development<\/li>\n
  • Educational programmes for tourism professions were developed and improved, including for cooks, waiters\/sommeliers, receptionists, animators, and chambermaids<\/li>\n
  • Training programmes were implemented for unemployed individuals, tourism workers, and employers, including specialized programmes for company mentors<\/li>\n
  • Mentors and managers in tourism enhanced their capacities through targeted seminars on strategic planning, team management, and quality service delivery<\/li>\n
  • Tourism careers were actively promoted in schools in Zlatibor County and Sarajevo Canton, increasing awareness among students and parents<\/li>\n
  • Strong partnerships and networking were established, contributing to long-term sustainability of training centres<\/li>\n
  • Participants received certificates issued by the Sarajevo Cantonal Chamber of Commerce, recognized nationally and internationally<\/li>\n
  • Between 70% and 80% of trained participants secured employment in the tourism sector, with at least 42 individuals directly employed<\/li>\n
  • The project contributed to improving workforce skills and employability in the tourism and hospitality sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
