 <\/strong><\/td>\n

R1. The Local Partnership for Employment is established in Visoko and delivered a Local Action Plan for Employment<\/p>\n

R2. New training point with 3 training components (educational programmes) for unemployed established and delivers skilled workforce based on the needs of the local industry in Visoko<\/p>\n

R3. Two (2) new training components (educational programmes) for unemployed established and deliver skilled workforce based on the needs of the local industry in \u0160abac<\/p>\n

R4. Unemployed persons obtained new practical skills in real working environments (with private and public sector operators), based on the labour market demand and similarities at both sides of the border<\/p>\n

Achieved results:<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00b7  \u0160abac shared its experience in establishing a local partnership for employment and developing a certified training program for unemployed individuals<\/p>\n

\u00b7  Visoko established a training centre and developed a local employment action plan aimed at reducing unemployment<\/p>\n

\u00b7  Training capacities in \u0160abac were expanded with new facilities for welding and forklift operation<\/p>\n

\u00b7  The training centre in Visoko was equipped for education in welding, 3D printing, and CNC machine operation<\/p>\n

\u00b7  The project contributed to strengthening local employment systems and improving workforce skills in line with labour market needs<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
