RESULT NO. 1.1:  <\/strong>Sports equipment needed for the training process of physically disabled athletes procured<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.1.1: Procurement of sports equipment for local sports organizations working with physically disabled athletes<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.1.2: Procurement of transport vehicle for disabled persons<\/p>\n

RESULT NO. 1.2 :<\/strong> Sport professionals trained for work with physically disabled athletes<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.2.1: Organization of workshops for sport professionals<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.2.2: Promotional training with disabled athletes<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.2.3: Research on participation of people with physical disabilities in sports in the border region<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.2.4: Development of teaching material<\/p>\n

RESULT NO. 1.3:<\/strong> Sport assistants assigned to local sport associations in order to support development of sport opportunities for the physically disabled;<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.3.1:  Assignment of 4 sport assistants to local sport associations<\/p>\n

Activity no. 1.3.2: Starting of Initiative for the organised sport engagement of people with disabilities in programme area.<\/p>\n

RESULT NO. 2.1:<\/strong> Two symposiums organized on the subject of physically disabled people in sports<\/p>\n

Achieved results:<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

  • Two adapted vans for the transport of wheelchair athletes were procured, improving accessibility and mobility for para-athletes<\/li>\n
  • Eighteen sports wheelchairs and additional sports equipment were distributed in Srem and Sarajevo Canton<\/li>\n
  • Equipment for para table tennis and sitting volleyball was provided, including tables, nets, volleyballs, and supporting equipment for players and referees<\/li>\n
  • Training sessions were organized for sports workers and coaches on working with athletes with disabilities<\/li>\n
  • Promotional and educational activities raised awareness about the importance of sports inclusion for people with disabilities<\/li>\n
  • Children with physical disabilities and developmental difficulties in In\u0111ija received free access to sports activities, equipment, and professional coaching support<\/li>\n
  • Capacities of institutions and organizations working with para-athletes were strengthened through education and equipment procurement<\/li>\n
  • The project contributed to improving social inclusion and participation of people with disabilities through sports<\/li>\n
  • Public awareness was further increased through support and promotion by renowned Paralympic athletes from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
