Overall objective:<\/span><\/b> The project\u2019s overall objective is creating preconditions for sustainable development of cross-border region between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) through the means of strengthening institucional, human and civil mechanisms for promotion of position of young people who are the bearers of development in both countries.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Specific objectives<\/span><\/b>: 1) Analyzing the work of local youth commissions\/offices in 16 target municipalities in B&H and Serbia by means of conducting research on their performance over the previous period; 2) Improving capacities and skills of young people for advocating changes which will improve their current position in 16 target municipalities; 3) Establishing an informal network of young people who will be focal points in promoting cross-border cooperation and youth activism in these regions<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Target groups:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0 Young people<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Final beneficiaries:<\/span><\/b> 1) young people from all 16 target municipalities in both countries, active in the youth sector; 2) other local youth offices in both countries, for whom will be most helpful recommendations on how to improve work with youth, 3) governmental, non-governmental and professional institutions deal with youth issues in both countries, 4) local administrations in 16 target municipalities.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Estimated results of the action<\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/b> Result 1 \u2013 Completed preparatory activities as step one towards successful implementation of subsequent project activities; Result 2- Conducted research on achievements of youth\u00a0 offices in\u00a0 16 municipalities of the cross-border region between Serbia and B&H;<\/b><\/p>\n

Result 3 – Printed\u00a0 publication on the work of local youth offices in the cross-border region between Serbia and B&H; Result 4 – Media promotion of the Project and findings of research on work of youth offices\/commissions; Result 5 – Strengthened youth capacities to actively address problems in local communities; Result 6 \u2013 Local actions carried out by the youth in 16 municipalities of B&H and Serbia; Result 7-\u00a0\u00a0 Organized regional cross-border youth conference \u2013 \u201cDo You Really Hear What We Say?\u201d<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
