At the very beginning of this process, we have asked you to help us by filling out a questionnaire needed for the preparation of SWOT analysis, one of the essential parts of the future programme document. In the previous months, a Joint Task Force (JTF) for programming discussed on and adopted the <a href=\"https:\/\/srb-bih.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IPA-III-CBC-RS-BA-programme-document-1st-draft-final.docx\">1<sup>st<\/sup> draft of the Programme document<\/a> which we would like to present to you on this occasion and invite you again to give your contribution to this important process by providing your suggestions and proposals on this document. Well-observed and well-described needs lead to better defined activities for the achievement of goals. These activities shall on a later stage be presented for funding under this Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) Programme &#8211; and you, as the potential users, are the best people to communicate the real state of affairs.<\/p>\n<p>We would kindly ask you to read the <a href=\"https:\/\/srb-bih.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IPA-III-CBC-RS-BA-programme-document-1st-draft-final.docx\">1<sup>st<\/sup> draft of the Programme document<\/a> and to submit your suggestions to the e-mail address given below.
