{"id":2043,"date":"2014-01-28T11:42:38","date_gmt":"2014-01-28T09:42:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/srb-bih.org\/?p=2043"},"modified":"2017-09-28T18:37:16","modified_gmt":"2017-09-28T16:37:16","slug":"obuka-na-temu-organska-proizvodnja-sira","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/srb-bih.org\/en\/obuka-na-temu-organska-proizvodnja-sira\/","title":{"rendered":"Training \u201eOrganic manufacturing of cheese\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Training on Organic manufacturing of cheese started on January 28th 2014, <em>The Project &#8220;Strengthening professional adult education in rural areas&#8221; funded by the European Union through the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) in the framework of the Cross \u2013 Border Cooperation Programme Serbia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/em><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Trainers Altijana Fejzic and Omer Mrakic had a goal train the trainees for independently manufacturing organic cheese. All trainees from Kiseljak, Kre\u0161evo and Fojnica, beside theoretical part had opportunity to see practical organic manufacturing cheese.
