{"id":1601,"date":"2013-12-17T16:11:40","date_gmt":"2013-12-17T14:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/srb-bih.org\/?p=1601"},"modified":"2017-09-27T13:38:59","modified_gmt":"2017-09-27T11:38:59","slug":"kako-unaprediti-odnose-terapeut-pacijent-i-spa-terapeut-klijent-u-banjskom-turizmu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/srb-bih.org\/en\/kako-unaprediti-odnose-terapeut-pacijent-i-spa-terapeut-klijent-u-banjskom-turizmu\/","title":{"rendered":"How to improve the therapist-patient and spa therapist-client relations in spa tourism?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the CROSS SPA project, training on standardization and the enhancement of spa services quality by improving the relationship between service providers and service users, was held on 16<sup>th<\/sup> and 17<sup>th<\/sup> December 2013, in \u201cDunav\u201d Resort at Zlatibor, for the providers of physiotherapeutic and catering services in spas and health institutions and other tourist facilities in the cross-border area of Serbia &#8211; Bosnia and Herzegovina.
