Guidelines for Applicants include all important and mandatory instructions to follow when accessing EU funding. Annexed to the Guidelines are templates which could be mandatory used to apply to the Call for Proposal.<\/p>\n
1st Call for Proposals Cross-border Cooperation Programme Serbia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2014-2020, allocations 2014, 2015 and 2016 is restricted. In the first instance, only concept notes (Part A of the grant application form) are submitted for evaluation.<\/p>\n
Thereafter, lead applicants who have been pre-selected will be invited to submit a full application. After the evaluation of the full applications, an eligibility check is performed for those which have been provisionally selected. Eligibility is checked on the basis of the supporting documents requested by the contracting authority and the signed \u2018declaration by the lead applicant\u2019 is sent together with the full application.<\/p>\n
