As part of the implementation plan of the “Territory of safe food,” which is funded by the EU, fourth, three-day training in the field of food intended for exporters of food products was held. The first training was held in July and was intended for consumers, the second was held in September and was intended caterers, the third was held in early October and was intended for the food processors. Fifth training, designed for retailers, which will be realized at the beginning of November. Training implemented certified consulting company “Consact.” Training is free to participants and should contribute to raising the level of knowledge about food safety in all areas of production and distribution.
