The first training was held in July and was intended for consumers, the second was held in September and was for caterers and the remaining two training will be carried out in late October and early November and are intended for exporters of food and food products, and retailers. Training implemented certified consulting company “Consact.” Training is free to participants and should contribute to raising the level of knowledge about food safety in all areas of production and distribution.
