As part of the implementation plan of the “Safe Food Region” started a second three-day training in the field of food and food products for the restaurant owners. The first training was held in July and was intended for consumers, and the remaining three training will be carried out in October and November and are intended for the food industry, exporters of food and food products, and retailers. Training implemented certified consulting company “Consact.”  Training is free to participants and should contribute to raising the level of knowledge about food safety in all areas of production and distribution.
